Thriller fiction featuring a coke-snorting psychiatrist and his dysfunctional girlfriend. As a bonus it’s set around Boston (where I used to live) so I can appreciate the local color. The twist at the end is pretty unexpected, as are the plethora of murders that pile up as the book goes on.
